Well. Here we are.
[The camera focuses on someone who, quite frankly, looks like he just went through a paper shredder. Dark hair is disheveled, tie crooked, light blue shirt apparently shredded—he's actually quite a mess.]
'Here', however, is a bit unclear. Undefined, really. And the lack of broadcasts about 'Prisoner Zero' and 'incineration' is a bit worrying. Not to say I've never been somewhere strange before, but the fact that I came here with no apparent transport? Now that takes some effort, doesn't it? Never mind that clearly delusional woman calling herself my mum. I've had quite enough of 'are you my mummy?', thank you very much.
So. Anyone seen a big blue box?
[He paused for all of half a second.]
Also worrisome is the face that I seem to be working with one heart. How do you people manage?

Um, do people from your world normally have two hearts...?
What's the blue box? [Full of questions, for the moment. But she looks a little embarrassed ] ...Sorry, I don't... mean to be interrogating you.
Nah, I love hearing questions. Except maybe stupid ones. Haven't heard one of those yet, though. The box is my TARDIS, she's my spaceship for lack of a better word.
Spaceship. You're...an alien? [She doesn't seem that surprised by the idea. I mean, hello, in her world babies are hitmen and can pull giant bazookas out of their fros. Aliens isn't that far of a stretch]
...But yes. Time Lord.
Um... I'm Chrome Dokuro. Thank you for being patient with me. [There's a small bow out of politeness]
You just arrived as well?
Chrome. Nice name; shiny, really. I'm the Doctor.
It does look like it. Not that I'm not used to getting a bit lost now and then, though I usually had a way back.
[Chrome nods a little] It's strange. Did you meet your, um... pokemon, yet?
...Hm? Oh, do you mean this little fellow? [The camera went to a sleeping Abra draped across the Doctor's feet.]
I see. Pleased to meet you, Doctor-san.
...Ah. He's cute. [She leans in a little to look, then glances around] Mukurou is... ...?
[Oh god where did her bird go. She starts looking around a little more, trying to locate the Murkrow.]
What, did it run off on you? What'd it look like?
Anything shiny on or near you? Because this Murkrow is trying to steal it.]
[That, however, doesn't stop him from flailing.]
[Quite a lot of flailing, in fact.]
Instantly she's tossing the bird's pokeball at it to return it and literally jumping on top of the ball to keep it from popping open again. There is a few tense moments before Chrome sits up, straightening her short skirt and picking the ball up.
Her gaze turns to the Doctor--who can probably see that Chrome looks rather waif-like in person--and she sighs]
I-I'm sorry! He didn't hurt you, did you? I... He likes shiny things, he might have been trying to steal from you-- n-not that that excuses him, but...
[actionnnn~]
action foreveerrrr
She gives another bow then] Um, it's nice to see you in person. [Awkward turtle AWKWARD TURTLE. WHAT DO.]
...Ah... Do you have...anyone to...travel with? [Spoken slowly, halting because it's kind of really super special awkward and kind of embarrassing. But the Doctor doesn't seem like a sociopath bent on taking over the world anytime soon and she really needs to leave this town gdi]

...I didn't want them coming back for me and bothering them like that, so...
[She trails off a little and straightens her shoulders somewhat] If you don't mind, I'd... like to travel with you--at least that far.
[And blushing horribly now uwaah she feels sort of silly talking that uregently like that]

I'm sorry if I...came on strong.

Thank you very much. I promise not to be annoying, or cause you to regret your decision.
