I'm sure there's people that've passed out in between towns and who-even-knows where else, so if you come across a case like that the best thing to do would likely be to get them to the nearest Center as quickly as possible.

I'm not sure they're going to actually help, but it is much better than being unconscious in the middle of nowhere.

First priority is to make sure everyone's safe, if not conscious. Then we can worry about what steps to take to solve this. Panicking over them isn't going to help.
